• Cancellation Policy
  To ensure a ZEN-like experience for all involved, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. 50% of original service fee will be charged for a "no-show".
• Gift Certificates
  ZEN Spa and salon gift certificates can be purchased in any amount at the spa, by mail or by phone. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can be used toward any service or retail product in the spa.
• Group Packages
  Group reservations and packaged services require a 1 week advanced reservation. Packages for more than 1 require a 50% credit card deposit.
• Series
  A series of skincare treatments and massages is the best way to reach skincare goals and provide the maximum benefit to you. A savings is provided to you when you purchase a series of treatments. You may redeem within 1 year of purchase.
